How to use
Child – 2-5gms with water or milk twice a day
Adults – 5-10gms with water or milk twice a day or as directed by a physician.
It is recommended that whey protein should be consumed twice a day, 15-20 minutes before your fitness session and second, within 30 minutes after the training session. You can also consider taking the supplement as soon as you get out of bed in the morning as this will stop the muscle breakdown and drink it as an in-between snack to boost the growth of muscles and help in fat loss.
Direction To Use:
- Mix two teaspoons of Body Buildo with 250ml of milk or water.
- Shake well to remove lumps.
- If you want it chilled, just add a few ice cubes.
- Take twice a day.
- Close the container after each use.
- Store in a cool and dry place.

At first, I started taking it with milk but after a month I started taking it with water, and I must say it tastes really awesome in both.

This powder mixes very quick in the liquid, whichever you want to use (as described) plus it also it digests quickly. I was thin before I used it but after that I really gained muscles, the point is if you used it consistently and workout properly you’ll too gain muscles.
