Returns Policy
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
To return any items those are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of the delivery of the product along with images of the product received.
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.
Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, any opened or used products.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Before returning, cancelling or exchanging item(s) purchased online, please contact our Customer Care Team using either chat or email at:

You are liable for any costs incurred in returning the item(s) to us.
Allow up to ten days for the return or exchange to be processed, from the time we receive your order. Once the exchange or return has been processed, an email will be sent to you.
Please note that we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or misuse is suspected.
telecart.com will not be responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed to be delivered to the address given by you while placing your order. However, we will review at our sole discretion on a case by case basis. Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
